Broadway producer puts her billionaire's row Palm Beach mansion on the market - and it's just half a mile from his Winter White House.

Broadway producer Terry Allen Kramer is putting her massive estate for sale for just $135million - and its only a hop, skip and a jump away from President Donald Trump's precious Mar-a-Lago. The vast property covers five acres and is just a half-mile from Trump's winter White House, on what's known as Billionaires Row.

The home is comprised of 37,516 square feet and has a staggering 13 bedrooms in total - with the master bedroom being 4,500 square ft. Located right on the ocean, the lot that the mansions sits covers more than 2.61 acres and has approximately 206 ft of beachfront. Another lakeside parcel adds an additional 2.11 acres to the property at 1295 S. Ocean Blvd. If the Palm Beach compound sells for its ginormous asking price, it will be the most expensive home ever sold in the area. It is the only property that stretches all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway, listing agents Gary Pohrer and Ashley McIntosh of Douglas Elliman said to the Wall Street Journal. The abode includes a two-story entrance foyer that is accompanied by 25-ft ceilings.

There are an assortment of living areas adorned with tri-colored marble floors and other intricate details. The property - known as La Follia - also has a gentleman's club room accessorized with red leather bar stools. There is a conservatory-style breakfast room that has gargantuan windows looking out onto the water. Outside, the home features a gate with large elephant sculptures. The property has a five-car garage and even a boating dock. Other amenities included in the Italian-style house: a huge fitness center, a movie theater and a games area. Palm Beach architect Jeffrey Smith of Smith Architectural Group designed the home for Kramer and her late husband, Irwin Kramer, who died in 1999. The house was completed in 1993, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. Irwin Kramer was the managing director of Allen & Co., the private New York investment bank that was founded by his wife's family.

Terry Allen Kramer has produced a number of Broadway shows, including the 2017 revival of 'Hello, Dolly' starring Bette Midler, 'Finding Neverland' and 'On Your Feet.'
