Student dies after online date with teenage woman, at her suburban home - as police charge her over his death.


An Indian understudy has kicked the bucket subsequent to being supposedly attacked by a lady he met through an internet dating application. 


Maulin Rathod, 25, was found with hazardous wounds by crisis administrations at a Ross Court house in Sunbury, 42km north-west of Melbourne. Mr Rathod had gone to the home late on Monday night to see a 19-year-old lady, who was captured at the scene and later charged over the incident.Mr Rathod was alive yet genuinely harmed when he was taken to Sunshine Hospital where he passed on medium-term. His date has been captured and charged over his passing. The 19-year-old has been accused of deliberately causing genuine damage, in spite of the fact that the charges could be moved up to homicide or murder.



Neighbours asserted police and carers as often as possible went by the lady's home as she is accepted to have been living in private care. Mr Rathod's companion, Lovepreet Singh, told 7 News that Mr Rathod was examining a Masters of Accounting and had been in Australia for as far back as four years. Mr Singh likewise said the Elsternwick man was a single tyke, and his folks were dazed to know about his sudden death.'His guardians are in stun,' he said. 'He was an extremely decent individual, he had a happy nature and he was cricket sweetheart. I wanted to stay nearby him.' 'He had an exceptionally humble identity and made a decent attempt with his investigations.' 

The charges laid against the lady are required to be moved up to either homicide or murder. She confronted the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Tuesday night and was remanded to show up again on Monday one week from now, The Age announced.
