Newborn baby girl found abandoned in paper bag dangling on the side mirror of a car (photos).
An infant with her umbilical rope still joined was discovered surrendered in a paper pack left before a pads complex at Jalan Hospital in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia on Tuesday night.
The child was found by a man who had detected the pack with the infant inside, dangling as an afterthought reflection of at 12.15am.The infant, who was as yet alive however cool and hungry was then taken to Raja Permisuri Bainun Hospital for medicinal consideration. Ipoh appointee police boss Supt. Abdul Rani Aliad affirmed the disclosure of the child.
