A three-year-old boy allegedly beaten

New York couple Donald Bovio and Alison Bovio have been arrested and charged with first-degree assault after they allegedly battered their child before he tumbled down a flight of stairs and hit his head on a kitchen floor.
The incident occurred at apartment 2A of 25 Peterman Road in Seneca Falls on Saturday afternoon.
Seneca Falls Police responded to a report of a child who fell down a flight of stairs and were shocked to discover the trauma was more than just a fall.
