Authorities are looking for the next of kin of seven children who were badly injured and became orphans on Friday when their family car overturned.
The group had been traveling on Interstate 8 near Plaster City in a 1999 Ford Expedition that was pulling a loaded trailer when the 42-year-old man driving the vehicle lost control.
The flipped violently, several times, and all nine people inside the vehicle were said to have been riding without their seat belt.
Three had to be taken to the El Centro Regional Medical Center while one went to Riverside University Hospital, another to Loma Lina and two more to Rady Children's Hospital.
All are expected to make a recovery.

'They had two bald tires and the trailer was too low in the front,' he said.
Simmons also shared that the family had been visited by Child Protective Services just a few days prior, but they were unable to get a hold of the family.

'The children were well-behaved. They were all going to school, they played with all the children,' Simmons said to 10News.
One of the kids reportedly told Simmons that the family had moved 10 times and that 'she was tired of it.'
Simmons shared that the family had been asked to leave the complex but he couldn't disclose why.
The names of the parents and children have not been disclosed.
