NBA legend Bill Russell is taken to the hospital for dehydration as he jokes about reports he was suffering heart problems

NBA Hall of Famer Bill Russell was hospitalized in Washington state on Friday due to dehydration.
Law enforcement was called to the 84-year-old's home in Seattle Friday night and he was immediately rushed to the hospital, according to TMZ.
Earlier reports said that the Celtics legend was suffering from heart trouble, but the player quickly came out to squash that report himself.
'My friends know I don't have a heart to give me trouble,' he said on Twitter.
He also joked that his wife often reminds him to drink more water.
Russell was kept overnight for additional observation and released on Saturday.
