Melania Trump’s $2,645 Presidential Debate Dress Sells Out — Plus, See Who’s Worn It Before!.

Melania Trump walks on stage at the end of the first presidential debate at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, on Sept. 26, 2016.

Nothing like a classic LBD. Melania Trump’s simple yet chic black dress from the first 2016 presidential debate on Monday, September 26, has already sold out.

The black off-the-shoulder stretch-knit Roland Mouret dress goes for a cool $2,645.

Trump isn’t the first to wear the classic look. Heidi Klum rocked the garment for an appearance on Good Morning America in July. The model and America’s Got Talent judge, 43, opted to pair the LBD with hoop earrings; Melania, 46, let the dress do the talking Monday night.

Melania, who is married to Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, has been in a who-wore-it-better situation before.

During the Republican National Convention in July — where Melania was accused of plagiarizing Michelle Obama’s 2008 DNC speech — the former model wore a white Roksanda Ilincic bell-sleeve dress that retails for $2,190.

The dress sold out hours after Melania’s RNC appearance, but Joyce Beatty, a Democratic congresswoman from Ohio, appeared at the Democratic National Convention a week later in a very similar frock.
