Leaking NNPC petrol tanker spotted on the road in Lagos.

A spilling NNPC petroleum tanker was spotted along Ikorodu street in Lagos yesterday July1st. 


A twitter client shared a video of the tanker conductor attempting to stop the spillage as the driver drove the tank through Maryland burrow.
